SUSTAIN RICHMOND’S REPUTATION AS A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

To Build A Better Richmond, we must provide economic stimulus for private investment in our city.

We are seeing a resurgence of businesses investment downtown. Richmond has experienced incredible public and private economic development downtown that I will continue to encourage as mayor. Yet, there is a big piece missing. Due to the carelessness of the current administration – we have lost our beloved Richmond Braves. To Build a Better Richmond our city must have fun and creative spaces to play and live.

When I am elected mayor, I will ensure that we have community ownership of a local minor league baseball team. I will also work to fill the hole on Broad Street with an arts complex that not only has great performances, but quality arts education for our youth, especially those most vulnerable.
